The hotel is conveniently situated next to a major shopping mall with fantastic dining options nearby, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and access to amenities. The rooms, although spacious, faced minor delays during check-in due to laundry issues, but they were well-equipped with Starbucks coffee facilities. The bathrooms, while compact, were satisfactory in size, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel room was spacious and very clean with a super comfortable bed, but unfortunately, the noise from the elevators was a major downside, along with the lack of breakfast options early in the morning.

The hotel has a prime location across from the Carrefour Laval shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping. The rooms, although still dated from my previous stay in 2019, were spacious and had really comfortable beds. The service, particularly by the waitress at the restaurant for breakfast, was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was very good but on the pricey side. The hotel offers a perfect location away from downtown Montreal but close enough with easy access to the highway.
